Job Description
- Manage projects/contracts assigned from planning to execution and provide timely status updates to management.
- Prepare budget paper and review specifications to call new contracts or contract renewal.
- Liaise with Procurement on sourcing events including evaluation, award, approval, and creation of agreement in SAP system.
- Plan and monitor budget unitization for all contracts.
- Monitoring vendors/contractor’s performance and evaluation.
- Oversee contracts and ensure contractors fulfill contract terms, legal and safety obligations.
- Conduct sites show to brief contractors on work details.
- Monitor contracts unitization and renewal on time without lapses.
- Perform review on contract usage, payment verifications and vendors evaluation.
- Any other appointment/tasks assigned
Requirements
- Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Facilities/Property Management or Contract Management.
- Diploma or Degree in related fields.
- Experience with financial institution regulatory requirement and risk management expectations related to outsourcing and vendor management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective vendor and regulatory relationships, influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Proven ability to review, monitor and recommend amendments to contracts and implement business processes to manage against contractual obligations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in SAP and Ariba would be an advantage.
