Responsibilities:
- Perform customers’ orders processing and arrange for shipment
- Providing sales support, pricing support as well as assisting in sales campaigns to maximize sales profitability
- Maintain good customer relationships, including going for customer visit if necessary
- Prepare weekly sales reports and managing monthly orders and sales
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitors analysis for market competitiveness
- Review on competitors’ sales operations, strategies, and proposal for improvement measures
- Responsible for invoice/ billing matters and payment follow-up
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any related discipline.
- At least 1 - 3 years of sales support or inside sales experience
- Willingness to travel if required.
