Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organising publicity campaigns
- Developing and implementing public relations strategies
- Creating content for public relations campaigns, including press releases, social media posts, presentations and working closely with the marketing personnel.
- Disseminating information to the media and working with traditional and digital publications to improve organisational reputation
- Engaging customers and the public to cultivate a robust relationship
- Supervising and taking part in promotional events, such as press conferences, tours, exhibitions and visits
- Managing the public relations and communications budget
- Recruiting, training and onboarding public relations staff
- Performing relevant market research to gauge the mood of the audience
- Engaging with the audience and public across multiple digital and traditional information channels
- Granting interviews, delivering presentations and answering questions from the media and the public about specific issues or new campaigns or promotions
- Working with the management to set public relations objectives and how to achieve them
Requirements:
- Min Degree and above in the public relation field
- Good interpersonal skills as this job requires you to communicate clearly across various channel
- Ambitious and able to think on your feet whenever there's any issues
- Canva, photoshop and any other video editing softwares
- Ability to work on a tight timeline
