We are looking for an Academic & Admin Executive to join our Academic Department. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Academic & Admin Manager and will be assisting on the daily operations of the Academic Department.
Job Description:
- Assist the Academic Manager on the operations of your Department
- Manage the daily operations and academic matters for the Preparatory, Short Term and Part-time Courses
- Perform administrative support to the Academic Department
- Liaise with External Academic Partners
- Communicate with Students and Parents on Course Related Matters
Academic Qualifications:
● Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Skills Required:
● Possess at least 1 year of relevant working experience in administrative roles in the education industry.
● Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
● Ability to prioritise and complete tasks with given deadlines.
● Good communication skills.
● Good customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
