The Opportunity:

Our client has been actively engaged in the Luxury Retail sector for over 23 years now, operating in both retail and wholesale segments across Greater China, encompassing Hong Kong, Macau, Taipei, and key cities in Mainland China. They have recently expanded their business into Singapore and we are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their wholesale business. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful incumbent will support the team on daily wholesale operations coordination, the full spectrum of order processing and logistics arrangement and merchandising activities.

  • Work hours: 9am - 6pm
  • Salary: Up to $4,200/month + VB (minimally 1 month or more)
  • Comfortable to work in a lean team of 4-5 people


The Job:

  • Handle daily wholesale division operations, and coordinate internally and externally across sales, products, budgets, and procedures for designated sales areas.
  • Manage the entire process of order processing, overseeing the creation and confirmation of orders by liaising with the Customer Service team and clients. Track delivery statuses, and manage accounts payable, service rates, and training initiatives with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Compile and prepare clients' sales results and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis. Offer support to management by conducting specific business and commercial analyses.
  • Assist team during buying sessions by managing appointment schedules, preparing for buys, consolidating orders, and conducting buy analyses.
  • Liaise with the sales and finance departments to streamline payment processes.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy provided by logistics providers, ensuring compliance with trade transaction requirements.
  • Recommend Visual Merchandising props for customers in alignment with brand guidelines, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive and brand-consistent displays.

The Talent:

  • Prior experience in the retail or wholesale division with a focus on either order processing, merchandising, or sales support is an added advantage
  • Comfortable to work in a lean team, provide ad-hoc support to HR Manager whenever necessary
  • High independence and meticulousness to complete tasks within deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with native Chinese-speaking stakeholders located in Greater China
