In your role as a actuarial reserving manager, your responsibilities will encompass several key areas. These include assessing and calculating reserves, particularly following the guidelines of the IFRS17 standard, as well as participating in business planning and capital management efforts. Additionally, you will provide valuable assistance to the senior stakeholders by offering insights into risks, underlying performance, and their implications for the business. Furthermore, part of your role will involve mentoring junior members of the actuarial team.
