The Inclusive Art Teacher plans and conducts art lessons for neuro divergent students aged 9 - 20+years.
Responsibilities are adaptation of curriculum, individualised learning, promoting sensory integration, talent development etc to facilitate learning and transition to independent learning.
- Degree / Diploma in Art teaching,
- Experience and training special needs and art therapy will be complementary to the role
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with SLT/ OT/ Teachers
- 8 am to 5 pm with 7+ weeks of paid school holidays
- Salary $3000 - $3800 based on training and experience.
