Job Description
- Perform cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, including manpower and cost control for new and running projects.
- Exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and all stakeholders to minimize the errors in the process to achieve a smooth and on-time completion of the projects.
- To also liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities’ compliance issues to avoid discrepancies.
- Review safety report on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management System (EMS).
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a positive working attitude, pro-active and meticulous in his/her work.
- Posses strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills; able to work as a team.
- Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words and Excel
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, either independently or in a team environment.
