Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations.
- Taking care and manage goods receiving and outgoing.
- Proper management of receiving store, data entry, and ensure good housekeeping.
- Assisting and support operational requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” level and above.
- Candidates with prior experience in a similar position would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time effectively.
- Salary package will be commensurate based on experience and skill set.
