Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team in developing and executing creative projects.
- Conceptualize and design creative concepts and solutions for various projects, including exhibitions, events, and installations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver impactful and innovative designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and artists.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies in the experiential creative industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and operations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Art/ Design, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience from marketing/ advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and designs.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or 3D modeling software.
