Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting up of all technical and network preparations for new stores – including computers and printers, mobile phones, CCTVs, WIFI, telephone lines.
- Overseeing and supervising technical set ups by external vendors – this may include weekends and may be out of the office.
- Researching and getting quotations for computer and network systems.
- Applying for and maintaining network and telephone systems for new stores.
- Manage all computer systems, hardware, software, and networks in the group of companies.
- Ensuring all stores CCTV are in working order.
- Ensuring all technical stuff are in good working order for existing stores.
- Repair and training of all things related to IT.
- nstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
- Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system installation and software configuration.
- Daily inspection and maintenance of server room.
- System configuration, user authority management, and corresponding review work.
- Assist to set up and reviseIT SOP, IT Guide and IT Policy.
- Monitoring and tracking of incidents.
- Log, track and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity. Responsible and take ownership till closure.
- Any work assigned from time to time by the Management.
