Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Applicant will supervise all work done in the warehouse.
· Applicant has to coordinate the delivery/receiving date and make arrangements for the goods to be stored away.
· Applicant will train workers in work procedures and monitor staff in carrying out the work correctly.
· Applicant will ensure that safety, cleaniness & security measures for the warehouse is maintained to a high standard.
· Applicant will have to coordinate daily work activities & prepare customers’ orders for delivery.
· Organize and maintain Goods Inventory records and maximize storage areas.
· Plan & Organize storekeepers in their daily work deployments effectively.
· Recommend & implement measures to improve quality of service, increase efficiency & good communication between departments.
· Continuously improve warehouse operations through correct work and safe practices.
· Maintain good recording keeping for work activities & equipment.
· To perform any other ad-hoc duties as & when required by Superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
· At least a High School or Diploma equivalent
· Can read & write English and able to calculate simple mathematical calculations
