Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly management reports and variance analysis for management
- Performs financial analysis to support management in decision-making
- Prepares monthly compilation of data to support analysis work
- Identifies and drives continuous improvement of finance workflow and processes
- Responsibles for monthly and yearly financial statement closing process and reporting, and budgets/forecasts preparation for entities assigned
- Undertakes ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting principles with management and financial reporting and audit experience preferred
- Possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve problems positively
- Able to navigate vast amounts of data easily, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and possess positive work attitude
- High sense of responsibility for work and professional ethics; with strong sense of confidentiality awareness
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changes
