[The Role]
This role will be primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition (80%) and Employee Relations (20%); reporting directly to the Director and General Manager. There will be ample opportunities to learn with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment.
- Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle – hunt for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange & conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct orientations and on/off board team members
- Ensure that on/off board documents and requirements are accurate
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media
- Communicate with hiring managers regarding the status of the recruiting process
- Utilise test assessments tools to profile & select potential candidates
- Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties
- Employee Relations (20%)
- Research and propose creative strategies of improving the company’s culture – organise & liaise with external companies whenever necessary for company events/ activities, e.g. movie nights, sports activities
- Upkeep of a highly engaged, positive and transparent work environment for the employees by fostering a sense of community and team building
- Manage and address employees' work-related queries
- Make team members' well-being a priority – be flexible, passive and a listening ear when receiving feedback
- Support the company's human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties
[The Type Of Person We're Looking For]
- Initiative, meticulous and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound recommendations
- Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or agency)
