Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of shipment documentation of import and export including permit declaration and custom clearance.
- Monitor shipments and update customer on delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reconcile complete reports and daily shipping data.
- Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements, and rates.
- Assist in data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Familiar with import shipment procedure and documentation preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
