Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee a team of 8 Finance personnel and manage overall company accounting & financial activities
- Work closely with different business units in planning, projecting and contract negotiating activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholder and external parties such as suppliers, customers, bankers, auditors, tax consultants and authorities for financial matters
- Prepare financial budget & forecasts, and present monthly financial and management reports
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation for all financial statements, company documents & business contracts
- Oversee regulatory and ISO compliance and corporate sustainability reporting requirements and disclosures
- Any other ad-hoc duties & projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance or an equivalent professional accountancy certification
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the accounting & audit field with at least 3 years of experience in audit and 3 years of management experience
- Strong understanding of local financial, legal and tax requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, and works well under pressure
- Proactive team player, with good decision-making, and analytical skills
