Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of monthly payroll transactions.
- Maintain and update payroll information through timely data collection and input.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, including IR21, IR8A, leave pay, and claims.
- Handle tax clearance matters for employees.
- Maintain and upgrade company payroll software system.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and prepare payslips for dissemination to employees.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Hold qualifications from a tertiary institution in finance, accounting, or human resources.
- Have at least one year of related payroll experience.
- Preferably, have experience with Sage Easypay Software.
