Admin Assistant (5 Days work + Weekday off)

Responsibilities

  • Supports managers and clients through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
  • Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
  • Scanning of documents, maintain proper recording and filing
  • Manage and liaise with the sales regarding the Training & test date for the workers.
  • Perform other ad-hoc admin duties
  • Able to work in fast pace environment

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years relevant experience in administrative works
  • Possess good customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Willing to work 5.5days work week
  • Willing to work in fast pace environment
  • Able to start immediately will be preferred
