Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient, effective, and consistent service alongside the Front of House Team in fast-paced environments.
- Oversee daily cleanliness, organization, and staffing to maintain operational standards.
- Handle shift duties to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Manage guest relations
- Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement for inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Uphold safety, security, and health standards, ensuring a secure and compliant dining environment.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NITEC in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of managing and motivating staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with both staff and management.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced settings.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on problem-solving and "people management"
