- Oversee and taking care of below services:
- Fire Protection System Maintenance
- Fire drill and IPP coordination
- CERT Audit
- PA system maintenance
- Lift and escalator maintenance
- Auto doors and fire doors maintenance
- AV system maintenance (Projectors and cabling at Plaza 1 & 2 & ORP Towers)
- Kitchen waste pipe maintenance services
- Sanitary and plumbing services
- Flood Gate testing coordination
- Greenmark Recertification
- Maintenance of gondola. Structural Inspection
- Small items purchase (Fridge, Microwave oven, White boards and TV screen) for Plaza 1 & 2 & ORP Towers
- PO and GR
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder with at least 2 years of expereince in similar function
- Understanding of M&E system.
- Team player
