5-days work week : 8.20am to 5.50pm (Monday to Friday)

Working Location : Kallang Sector

Job Duties:

  • Generate daily WO picklist for warehouse processing via WMS upon receipt of request by user
  • Generate cycle count sheet for warehouse to perform internal stock check to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Generate weekly inventory reports
  • Perform goods receipt in WMS for incoming supplier deliveries
  • Prepare pick list for all shipments and collections
  • Stock discrepancy – check stock card on receiving, issuing and return of goods accurately
  • Monitor staff on daily picking and return processing timing
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment, goods discrepancy and documentation
  • Annual physical inventory data entry
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field
  • Required skills of Microsoft Office applications and Dynamics
  • Preferably specialized in administrative support or equivalent
  • Possess initiative to understand work flows and processes in order to work efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work as a group and individual with effective organizational and follow-up skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
