- Coordinate and conduct various company training programs, including orientation, on-the-job training, and vendor training.
- Develop and enhance training materials to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.
- Communicate with stakeholders and external parties to address training requirements.
- Analyze service metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement in training effectiveness.
- Lead Training Needs Analysis to identify annual training program requirements.
- Manage training administration duties and maintain accurate training records for audits.
- Organize and update the library of training resources and aids.
- Provide support for performance management and appraisal processes.
- Foster a positive team culture and contribute to team cohesion.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects or tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills
