Responsibilities:
- Attend to questions from clients.
- Help in the creation of a sales proposal.
- Organise customer after-sale support.
- Complete order processing promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate and manage delivery plans with customers.
- Help with the creation of event and conference promotional materials.
- Organise information, equipment, resources, and project operations.
- Track the development of the project and assist with resolving any problems.
- Create and manage thorough project plans, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in Engineering or it's equivalent
- At least one year working experience in the same capacity.
- A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and outstanding written, oral, and electronic communication abilities.
- Prior knowledge in AutoCAD is advantageous.
