Job Scope
- Conduct training and assessment in both English and Mandarin sessions, in physical classroom setup.
- Coordinate training schedules of training program with Operations and HR departments in respect of the trainees’ working roster.
- Perform administrative tasks, including creating course runs, enrolling trainees, tracking attendance, and submitting training grants.
- Ensure compliance of training attendance and electronic logging in of credentials.
- Review course materials and resources to maintain relevance.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Liaise with Finance department for process of training invoices and claims.
- Prepare and distribute course certifications upon successful completion.

Job Requirements
- Diploma Holder with at least 1-2 years of training experience
- Advanced Certificate in Training (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) certification is a must
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and training provider
- Fluent in both English and Mandari to facilitate effective communication with trainees
- Candidate with training experience in facilities management industry will be an added advantage
