We are dedicated to providing quality and holistic phonics, math and self-discovery enrichment to families and children ages 6 mo to 6 yo. We are looking for a master teacher to co-develop, deliver our programmes and train new talent.
Job Description
• Develop a play curriculum for children ages 6mo to 4yo
• Work with caregivers to equip them with knowledge and skills to support children
• Oversee maintenance and sanitisation of our studio
• Document progress and provide regular updates to parents.
• Participate in curriculum development
• Attend team/department meetings
• Develop a teacher and assistant training programme
• Perform quality inspections and review teachers’ performance
• Deliver the curriculum to classes from Monday to Thursday
Requirements:
• A recognised Degree in Teaching, Early Childhood Care and Education, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Have at least 8 years of play therapy experience
• Have at least 2 years training teachers and assistants
• Knowledge of children's developmental needs is an advantage
• Preferably has experience working with children ages 6mo to 6yo
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to travel to multiple work locations
• A team player, adaptive, independent and resourceful.
