Requirements

  • Relevant experience in marketing or business development, with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Must be able to converse in English/ Mandarin
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above.
  • Strong understanding of latest and traditional marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for events and business development activities.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibility

  • Assist the Head of Business Development in identifying new opportunities and strategies to drive growth.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas for marketing and business development.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and meet strategic goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, the company website, and other digital platforms.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Travel to and represent the company at industry events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to improve strategies.
  • Help maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Assist in managing the company’s online & offline reputation and presence.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, budgeting, and correspondence.
