The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and company production.
His/hers job roles are as below:
- Ensure that customer work orders are being fulfilled by our production and delivery team on schedule.
- Make progress reports to monitor the production and delivery status.
- Arrange for issuance of delivery orders for completed works and liaise with relevant departments for delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries and schedule arrangements by phone and email.
- Actively involve in meetings and supervision of progress at the production floor.
Candidate should have some or all of the following qualities to succeed in the job:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling customers and coordinating with production is required for this position.
- Have strong personality to be able to handle pressure.
- Possess good negotiation skills to coordinate between customers and production.
- Able to compose and reply emails in proper structured English.
- Able to interpret fabrication drawings.
- Basic knowledge of workings of sheet metal/facade/panels fabrication will be an advantage.
