- Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects
- Monitor project expenses and track budget allocation
- Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices
- Prepare tender documents and assist in contract negotiations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
· Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
