Roles and Responsibilities
- The Product Support Engineer is a key member of our Engineering Department.
- The Product Support Engineer will be part of a team that provides technical support for our company's range of cybersecurity related products and services.
- The Product Support Engineer's role will include, but not limited to, solution design, architecting, configuration, demonstration, implementation, technical support and troubleshooting of our range of products and services.
- The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for the successful completion of projects and technical escalations to solve our Customer's cybersecurity problems.
Qualifications
- The candidate should preferably have 2 or more years of relevant working experience in network, server and desktop technologies.
- However fresh graduates with strong technical skills with excellent attitude and are fast learners are welcome to apply.
- The candidate should have a Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in IT and cybersecurity related fields.
- The candidate will have a strong systems engineering approach to problem solving.
- The candidate will have good communication skills, able to probe, clarify and explain technical solutions clearly and concisely to customers and partners to quickly resolve techincal problems.
- The candidate is a keen learner, curious and adventurous, and able to think outside the box to craft innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
- Candidates trained in supporting cybersecurity products and technologies will be preferred, eg Symantec, Trellix, McAfee, Trend Micro, Sophos, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Forcepoint.
