Main Responsibilities
1. Purchase construction materials as instructed and requested.
2. Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.
3. Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing.
4. Assist project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.
5. Submit and monitor Monthly & final project claims.
6. Evaluate & prepare Variation Orders.
7. Finalize Project Account with Contractor & Suppliers.
8. Manage contractual and project costing matters.
9.Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Building/Construction/Quantity Surveyor and above.
2. Min 3 years of local relevant experience in related fields
3. Proficient in MS Office and Autocad.
