Our Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) based hydroponic farm uses our own innovative growing systems and energy-efficient techniques. Job Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-tech startup focussed on bringing sustainable farm-to-table produce to our local community. We are currently hiring an experienced Administrative executive to join our dynamic team to manage Greenhood’s day-to-day operations. You will be focussing on ensuring quality control, packing and timely delivery of products to our customers, inventory management, admin tasks as well as running farm tours.
Operations
- Lead quality control function for farmed produce along with the packing team
- Manage order fulfillment across all customer segments
- Manage farm inventory and replenishments
- Manage invoicing to customers
Events and Outreach
- Plan and execute regular urban-farming related events and farm tours for corporates, schools and individuals
- Manage B2B and B2C customer communications
- Manage the delivery of our proprietary agri-system installations
- Oversee and organise volunteering programmes
Requirements
The requirements are:
- Diploma in Operations, Business Management, Logistics or related disciplines
- At least 3 years work experience in business administration preferably in the F&B or retail industry
- Passion for sustainability and urban farming/ gardening
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who is self-motivated to develop Greenhood’s brand and business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with various internal and external stakeholders
- Adept at MS Office
Salary: $2,000-$3,000 per month depending on experience
Working hours: 8am-5pm incl. 1 hour break. 5.5 day work week
