Service Engineer in Electrical company
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-site start-up, installation, commissioning & maintenance of front end automated semiconductor equipment at customers' sites
- Perform troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment
- Carry out continuous enhancement programs on machines to achieve the highest performance and reliability results
- Coordinate logistics activities
- Conduct training for customers' engineers and technicians.
- Perform Installation, Preventive/Corrective maintenance (PM).
- Remedial maintenance (RM) on electronic /equipment on site.
- Provide excellence service and maintaining a safety cautious.
- Plan and execute resolution and presenting to stakeholders.
- Enhancing the processes, hardware/software for equipment.
- Coordinate with customer on equipment's requirement for installation.
- Perform equipment installations/PM and RM
- Develop action plans to resolve customer issues and execute equipment improvement plans.
- Report submission to management for customer's work done.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any Engineering •
- 4years of relevant experience in the Semi-con industry •
- Self-starter who is able to work independently under minimum guidance •
- Ability to analyse and address all potential equipment failures •
- Knowledge / experience in semiconductor-related equipment •
- Good communication and interpersonal skills •
- Able to work in cleanroom environment •
- Willing to travel overseas for work support and training •
- Able to work overtime/standby after office hours, weekends and public holiday/periodic night shift •
