Executive (HR Dashboard and Analytics)
Location: Chinatown
Contract duration: 6 months
Salary range: Up to $3,500 (Depending on qualification & working experiences)
Job Description
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights on HR areas such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, engagement, etc. to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data being presented in dashboards.
• Optimise the performance of dashboards for speed and usability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard usage and interpretation.
• Clean and translate data that will be optimal for dashboard publication.
Requirements:
• Degree with relevant experience
• Proficient in using microsoft office applications
