Roles & Responsiblities
- To create , plan and run training programs for business & organizations
- Develop & implement training programs
- Assist in the practical aspect of On-the-job training (OJT) and assessments in the stores.
- Monitor and track the progress and completion of all training program.
- Maintain class records and other documentation. Ensure that the department records are following the requirement of our internal policies and procedures and the law.
- To provide the necessary training, support and follow up for all initiatives to drive new business concepts,new production launch, equipment, basic programs, and systems and to ensure successful implementation (follow-up on standards and procedures,results, and the recommendations).
- To ensure that all staffs adhere to SFA guidelines, to promptly correct and re-train team members in the outlet.
- Conducts monthly audit and action plan follow up for all outlets in accordance with the audit checklist.
- To create, track and monitor training grant claims.
- Conduct public-run or in-house training of specified Quality/ Environmental/ Food Safety/ Safety/and/or any other Management Systems
- To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental / Food Safety /Safety and/ or any other Management Systems
Requirements
- Proven F&B management experience with a track record of success.
- Strong understanding of F & B operations, food safety and management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse training & auditing needs.
