Roles & Responsibilities:
Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes.
Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
Able to produce shop drawing as per schedule & revised the shop drawing in one week upon receiving commented drawing.
Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore.
Preferably have working experience in Fire Protection Services.
Min 10 years experience in M&E including Fire Protection system Design with using drafting and design software, AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM) etc.,
Familiar with latest Fire code.
Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies
Able to start work immediately.
