The HR executive will be involved in supporting in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process from posting JD, scheduling interviews
- Handle Payroll & HR related matters
- Responsible to conduct training/orientation for new hires
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Maintain data integrity and information confidentiality in dealings with sensitive documents
- Develop and Implement performance review procedures
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning for all employees
- Planning of scheduling for staff
- Assist the team and the management in other work related matters if required.
Requirements
- Able to multitask and work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Team player and positive working attitude
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible Work Schedule (work from home/Office @ Geylang)
