Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls from customers.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
• Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling.
Requirements:
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and good with teamwork.
• Highly driven with a positive attitude, customer-centric mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an advantage.
OTHER INFORMATION
- O level with experience / fresh diploma in logistics or relevant field
- 5.5day (Alternate saturday - halfday)
- Basic + AWS + VB
Working hours: 0830hrs-1730hrs (Mon-Fri)
0830hrs-1230hrs (Alternate Sat)
