Job Scope
- Develop and implement strategies to expand new pipelines and acquire new clients in target markets.
- Proactively identify customer requirements and expectations, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set annual budget plans and work diligently to achieve them, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor all business transactions to ensure they align with the company's profit and loss objectives, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Generate account performance reports to track progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Participate in existing and new Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and bidding projects, preparing competitive proposals and negotiating terms to secure profitable contracts.
- Other adhoc as directed by management.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Freight Forwarding company.
