Job Description
- Facilities Management. Manage all aspects of daily facilities maintenance and form partnership with appointed vendor on:
- Maintenance of Aircon System
- Maintenance of Solar Panels and related system
- Mechanical and Electrical Services
- Office Security System (ISO 27001)
- PABX / PBX System
- Fire Safety Equipment
- Workplace Safety and Health
- AED
- Pantry supplies and equipment
- Cleaning services
- Pest Control
- Landscaping maintenance
- Meeting Room AV equipment
- Service Contract Administration. Source, evaluate, procure, and maintain FM and Corporate SLA related to the following:
- Office equipment and furniture
- Telecommunication Services
- Electricity Supplies
- Facilities Services (i.e. Equipment Maintenance, Cleaning, Pest Control etc.)
- Corporate Travel Insurance
- Corporate Hotels arrangement
- Corporate Airlines and ticketing agent
- Internal FMS agreements
- Workplace Safety and Health. Appointed as member in the Workplace Safety & Health Committee and is responsible for:
- Monthly safety inspection and WSH committee meeting
- WSH and CERT organization chart
- Risk Assessment register
- Emergency Preparedness Plan
- Incident Reporting
- General Administration. Provide support on the following:
- Maintain master inventory of devices (Multi-Functions Devices) and redeploy idling devices to ensure device optimization
- Fixed Assets (i.e. sighting, disposal)
- Season Parking application
- Process invoice payment to vendors
- Monthly submission of FM related payroll transaction
- Manage event halls and training room bookings
- Corporate Support on continuous efforts to improve work efficiency. Assist Country MUDA (Waste) Leader to accelerate MUDA Busters Activities in Singapore.
Requirements:
- General Diploma preferably in Facilities Management or Building Services with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of workplace, safety and health
- Certified in Fire & Safety is an advantage
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to work as a team player and independently, pro-active and results oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, fluency in English both oral and written.
