Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting and arranging interviews for hiring managers
• Responsible for work pass applications and renewals through WPOL, EPOL and other statutory requirements from time to time
• Creation of new employees e-pfiles
Onboarding
• Facilitate on first day introduction/induction programme
Payroll Duties
• Responsible for monthly payroll administrative and processing of pay run(s)
• Preparation of payroll report for Management's approval
• Manage and maintain HR system – employees’ personal details, leave etc
During Employment
• Monitor and prepare confirmation appraisal forms
• Generate confirmation and extension of confirmation letters for approval, whichever applies
• To maintain epfiles & their records during employees' employment
Offboarding
• Preparation of acceptance of resignation letter
• Inform on acceptance and exit clearance procedure
• Submission of IR21 to IRAS on timely basis (for those relevant personnel eg. foreigners)
• Termination of accounts (email, window, Adobe, MHC etc) after last day of service or whenever required
Secretarial Duties to CEOs
• SMS CEOs daily appointments in the morning
• Email CEOs' weekly appointments - to CEOs & HODs
• Email daily staff leave to CEOs in the morning
