Job Summary:
Basic Salary: Up $4000
Location : Pandan Avenue
Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Loose Container Load (LCL) / FCL (Full Container Load) / Air bkg with forwarders
- Follow up with forwarders on vessel booking / flight details / Permits / BL / AWB
- Ensuring all shipments are pick up on time by forwarders
- Sending Pre-alert to COM & customer for KN & courier
- Printing of invoices for courier implants
- Issuing of COO & LC (if require) Update GST track in GOMS for drops ship & normal shipments
- Scanning of documents (BL/AWB/Permits/ Delivery order) and saving it in the shared folder
- AWB & invoices to be pasted on the box (FEDEX & DHL) and
- Weekly reporting to TGF on abnormalities at the end of each work day
