Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee entire retail operations such as sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement.
- Ensure the company's policies and standards are implemented and executed.
- Formulate strategies and plan monthly sales forecast to meet business targets to achieve good profitability and opportunities for growth.
- P&L responsibility and budget management
- Identifying the right store location for the business set up.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in the role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations or general management within the F&B retail/QSR industry.
- Entrepreneur mindset and great people management skills
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Able to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and strong customer management skills
