Accounts Executive (Full set accounts/ Payable/ BioTech/ Pharma)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Tuas
Salary : Up to $6000 depending on experience
Our client is a fully integrated, global immunotherapy powerhouse who have been working on automated and digitized processes and build continuously capabilities for specialized manufacturing, either for individualized vaccines or for large-scale products like COVID-19 vaccine.
Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day transactions and book-keeping duties in accounting system, including GL, AR, AP, employee reimbursements and intercompany journals as well as fixed assets
- Conduct month-end and year-end activities for accounts payable and accruals
- Ensure invoice accuracy by comparing them to the Purchase Orders issued from the SAP System.
- Enter suppliers' invoices into the SAP/NAV system and assign codes for invoices from non-PO suppliers.
- Reconcile suppliers' statements of account with the SAP system and follow up on outstanding invoices that are not reflected in the system.
- Generate and review the accounts payable aging report
- Process SAP payments and manual payments
- Process Expenses Claim Report and payments
- Perform fixed assets registers, depreciation charges
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with Audits and tax filing, GST Filing and support AP invoice resolution
- Liaise with external accounting firms to comply with local financial reporting requirements
- Other assigned related tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of accounting/audit experiences Including handling full sets of accounts/ monthly reporting/Accounts Payable Functions/
- Hands-on with attentions to details, responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Broad experience in accounts payable processes (or related field) and using SAP
- Strong Proficiency in Excel.
