HR Administrator (Perm/ Seletar/ IMMEDIATE/ $4000)

Our client is a US Aerospace Manufacturer. They manufacture military rotorcraft as well as commercial helicopters. Our client also involves in wholesale of aircraft equipment and aircraft supplies (including aeronautical equipment).
General Responsibilities:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and resignations.
- Assist in local government grant submission.
- Assist in work related Visas submission and follow-up.
- Process Work Pass Exemption Activity for employees overseas from overseas Bell entity.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant local legislation.
- Assist and provide all recruitment administration support and process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews, booking of conference room and issue relevant correspondence.
- Ensure all reference and background checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
- Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and documentations.
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle all work pass (EP, DP and WP) related applications, renewal and cancellations.
- Assist in company transport matters and liaising with the transport company vendor.
- Handle and administer compensation and benefits records.
- Handle annual, maternity, paternity and all other leave processes and queries.
- Contribute to HR projects such as introducing a new induction programme.
- Administer the performance management system.
- Enter data into the HR system so that accurate records are maintained.
- Provide data for and prepare management information reports.
- Liaise with Finance to provide monthly payroll information.
- Manage and administer student internship program.
- Administer the probationary review periods.
- Maintain and develop the personnel filing system.
- Manage the leave administration process.
- Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Handle and manage employees' medical insurance and claims.
- Assist in training administration like course registration; maintain training records and database.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation Program.
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department.
Requirements:
- Adept in administration skills
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Knowledge Of WP/EP/WPEA Online
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
- Appreciates and understands the need with confidentiality in dealing with all HR and training issues
- Resilient and able to work in an organization that is undergoing change due to development and growth
