Position Title: Service Crew (F&B)
Working Location: Funan, 107 North Bridge Rd
Working Hours: 5 days work week, including 1 weekend
Salary Package: Up to SGD2300 + OT + AWS + Performance Incentive
Duration: Permanent
Start work: May 2024
Work Scope
- Report on time to shift manager
- Greet and serve customers
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas
- Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
- Provide menu recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
- Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
- No prior experience needed. Training will be provided.
- Able to communicate with customers in English for order taking
- Great team player and friendly personality
- Positive attitude
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
