Job Scope
- Establishing clear objectives and deliverables for each project to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Managing project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
- Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor’s agent, for all aspects of the design,
- development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services of the System.
- Co-ordinate project activities with the Customer, existing vendors and other parties as indicated by the Customer.
- Prepare and submit detailed development plans and schedules.
- Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.
- Attending regular onsite and online customer meetings, responsible for the write-up of meeting deliverables, milestone reports, and project acceptance documentation, as well as overseeing the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans and schedules.
- Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource, and schedule.
Requirement
- NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- 4 - 6 years of relevant working experiences
- Possess Project Management certification (PMP) will be an advantage
