- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of employees, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the company.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with insurance, Dormitory, utilities, and local government agencies.
- Lead project management on site, providing overall direction.
- Review all service reports and approve all operational invoices to ensure they are submitted for payment to the relevant financial department.
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, maintenance & technical issues.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in management or related field.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Minimum 5 years of project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control costs.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Able to work on rotating work shift / split shift within a week.
- Should be available on emergency service call 24/7.
