Job Responsibilities
- Use effective classroom management skills, coupled with effective disciplinary skills in accordance with school’s no shout policy
- Assist class teachers to implement programme for the class according to inquiry and reggio-inspired approach as well as school’s framework for culinary and outdoor experiential learning
- Assist class teachers to set up a warm, cosy, yet engaging environment that promotes self-directed learning in accordance to Reggio Emilia approach
- Carry out routine care of children in a patient and kind manner, creating teachable moments
- Ensure safety and hygiene of the children through good routine care and the necessary
- Build and maintain a professional yet affable bond with parents
Requirement
FECCE or minimum 1-year assisting experience in a pre-school in Singapore
