Role and Responsibilities:
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & Powerpoint;
- Preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations;
- Manage calendars, schedules and travels for Management team;
- Track, collate, filing and retrieval of documents;
- Support day-to-day office administration;
- Ensure office operations and practices adhere to policies & regulations;
- Plan and coordinate procedures/systems, as well as devise ways to streamline processes;
- Efficient maintenance of assets, inventory, supplies, purchases & contracts;
- Liaison on facilities, services, maintenance and work with contractors;
- Organize and supervise office activities (recycling, renovations, events etc.);
- Support, coordinate and set-up for office meetings and workshops;
- Costs and expenses tracking for budget preparations; &
- Ad-hoc support functions when required.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in executive support or related areas
- Strong MS-Office application knowledge
- Fluency in English language
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent office administration and operation skills
- Attention to details and meticulous
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Responsible, proactive, adaptable, with initiative and a team player
