Role summary:
AP trade and non-trade
- Review and process invoices related to trade and non-trade purchase.
- Coordinate with department to resolve any issues related to supplier invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Process payments to vendors, ensuring that they are made in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
- prepare monthly bank reconciliation and month-end closing reports.
- Assist in monthly GST and MES compilation
- Supports any reporting requirement and ad-hoc duties assigned
Credit limit / Risk Assessment
- Evaluate the credit worthiness of new and existing customers by analysing credit reports, financial statement, payment history and etc.
- Credit Limit setting: Review appropriate credit limits for customers based on credit risk assessment and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external party (D&B, Coface) for credit limit matters.
- Prepare credit limit consumption reports
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Accounting
- With 2 years accounting experiences
- Experienced in handling full sets of accounting is a plus not a must
- Experienced in SAP system is a plus not a must
- Proficient in MS office application
- Good in handle PDF softcopy and folders management due to paperless policy
- Meticulous, positive mindset and possess ‘can-do’ attitude
- Follow our company procedure and good in teamwork
- Preferred the person who work for a long term rather than job hoppers
- They pay Basic salary $3,300~3,600 + AWS + Transport Allowances + VB (historical average 3~5 months)
